SHOKU GREEN LABEL JUNMAI KAME-NO-OA sake made from a locally grown, naturally farmed, heirloom rice called Kame no O. It has pronounced aromas of apple, nashi pear and green banana which follow through on the palate for a refreshing, clean flavour profile. It is medium sweet with great balance of acidity on the finish with a hint of tart astringency from the Kame no O rice varietal. A brewery number is recorded on the label R305. This means that this sake was made in Japanese Calendar
