This piece is another version in an ongoing attempt to capture their magnificence… again :)  A few years ago I was hiking in Sunshine Canyon and was literally stopped in my tracks by swarms of dragonflies

The view here as the moon rises over the Eastern rim is always an amazing sight and easily my most vivid vision of Tahoe

as a happy side effect to the creation of this one

I wanted to create a delicate tension between the cat and fish that accentuates this situation

This ended up being a blessing in disguise
