Scindapsus pictus
Description
Scindapsus pictusScindapsus is genus of aroids found in the Asias. These make for great houseplants given their low maintenance requirements. They offer beautiful silvery foliage and are quite a prolific grower. A nice contrast to any space! Care: We recommend weekly waterings when the first 2" 3" of the pot is dry and a nice filtered light. Although this is sold often as a "low light plant" our definition of low light is what the plant needs to survive. So a source
but ensure the soil is dry before watering
They are one of our favorite type of plants
You will want to cut back your watering in the colder months and let orchids go slightly dryer
This could roughly be every 7-10 days depending on your home environment
They are native to parts of South Africa
We do not recommend these if your space is a little darker
Hoyas in general prefer a coarse/bark filled soil to promote proper drainage
When re-potting
Named the "Bird of Paradise" for the incredibly unique flower that looks like an exotic bird
These begonia are stunning
This is to provide shelter for ants
Always follow the curve of the blade when sharpening
