A bright pale yellow colour, with notes of citrus fruits, white flowers and mineral undertones on the nose. This organic Sancerre exhibits clean, grassy grapefruit, gooseberry and apple, complimented by the right amount of acidity. Ideal with goat's cheese, trout and salmon dishes.
